· The International Journal of Instructional Technology and Distance Learning is a refereed global monthly publication focused on technology assisted teaching and learning at all levels of education and training in traditional, distance and open learning.
· The Journal was established to facilitate collaboration and communication among researchers, innovators, practitioners, and administrators of education and training programs involving technology and / or distance learning in academia, business, industry, government, military, health care, and foundations.
· Referees are selected by the editorial team from persons involved in research, teaching, and or significant applications of learning technologies and / or distance learning. They must have a Ph.D. or equivalent
· The Journal is monthly, refereed, and global. Every month, articles of current issues of distance learning are published.
